1. [Payment Method] Integrate with 2C2P to Let Customers Pay with Ease

Offering customers a smooth and secure checkout experience is key to building trust and driving conversions. We’re glad to inform you that SiteGiant webstore can now be integrated with the 2C2P payment gateway. This integration enables your customers to make payments seamlessly and securely, giving them more confidence to complete their purchases.

2. [Marketing Centre] Attract New Customers with Exclusive Welcome Vouchers

Introducing you the Welcome Voucher — a powerful tool to attract new customers and turn them into loyal buyers. With this feature, you can issue a special voucher exclusively for first-time shoppers. You’ll also have full control over the voucher validity period after it’s claimed. (For example, you can set the voucher to expire 7 days from the customer’s claim date, creating a sense of urgency that drives faster conversions.)

*Remark:
i. Each customer is entitled to only ONE Welcome Voucher.
ii. Only customers who have never made a purchase before are eligible to claim the Welcome Voucher.

3. [WMS] Stop Overselling with Auto Inventory Hold

Still struggling with overselling? Oversold orders not only create unhappy customers but also add extra workload for your team. With Auto Inventory Hold, your stock is automatically reserved the moment an order is placed, helping you prevent overselling and keep operations running smoothly.

How Does Auto Inventory Hold Work? 

1. When the setting is enabled:
Any upcoming orders with “Open / Pending Process” status that would cause an item’s sellable stock to drop below zero will be automatically placed into “Inventory Hold” status. 

2. Orders in “Inventory Hold” status can be easily filtered in the All Orders listing and will also appear under On Hold > Inventory Hold in Order Processing.

1. [SiteGiant POS] Accept Payments with ‘Payment Terminal’

Flexibility at checkout helps you serve different customer preferences with ease. To further enhance the in-store payment experience for your customers, SiteGiant POS now supports the “Payment Terminal” payment method.
*Remark:
i. Currently supports only the GHL Payment Terminal (model Nexgo N5)
ii. Not supported with Split Payment
iii. The payment terminal amount can be captured in the following pages and reports:

2. [SiteGiant POS] Reward Customers with Specific Voucher

We’re excited to announce that 2 new settings have been introduced in SiteGiant POS to give you more flexibility and control over your POS operations.
 
Here’s what’s new:
1. Specific voucher
You can now select Membership and Birthday Vouchers under specific voucher types to reward your customers

3. [Order Processing] Filter & Sort Shipments Through Ship By Date with Ease

Want a faster way to process your orders? Now you can filter and sort shipments through Ship By Date for smoother, more efficient order management. As part of the latest enhancement, the “Shipment Due” sorting has been improved to give you a clearer view of shipments based on their Ship By Date.
Example (Today: 24-07-2025)
Ship By Today: Orders with a Ship By Date of 24-07-2025 until 23:59:59
Ship By Tomorrow: Orders with a Ship By Date of 25-07-2025 until 23:59:59
Upcoming: Orders with a Ship By Date of 26-07-2025 or later

4. [Order Processing] Improved Filter Structure with Package Count Visibility

Managing a high volume of orders requires clear visibility and flexible tools to stay in control. That’s why we’ve enhanced the Order Processing filters to give you clearer visibility and greater control over your orders.
What’s New?
1. New “Pin/Unpin” and “Expand/Collapse” Functions

i. Pin and Unpin You can now “Pin” the filter to lock the filter panel in place, or “Unpin” it to hide it and maximize viewing space.

2. Updated Filter Flow
The filter sequence has been updated as follows:
Left Menu (1) > Platform (2) > Country (3) > Channel (4) > Stores (5) > Shipment Due (6) > Courier (7) > Priority Delivery (8) > Order Tab (9).
Note: Left Menu Counts (Cancel / On Hold / Pending / To Process / Pending Pickup) now show a total number of orders from all sources, including Marketplaces, Webstore & Others and Pickup.

3. Filter Count Logic
The number shown in a higher-level filter is the total count from its lower-level filters.
Note: Selecting or deselecting filters at lower levels will not affect the count shown at higher levels.

5. [Smart Fulfillment] Enhance Smart Fulfillment with Task Remarks

Clear communication during fulfillment is key to smooth operations and accurate order handling. Adding specific notes directly to tasks ensures your team stays aligned and avoids unnecessary mistakes. With the latest enhancements, you can now assign remarks to fulfillment tasks directly from the Smart Fulfillment Listing page. This update helps you achieve faster and more accurate fulfillment.

6. [SiteGiant ONE] UI Improvements for a Better Overview in Order Fulfillment Assistant

Several enhancements and UI improvements have been made to provide a clearer overview and smoother operation under Order Fulfillment Assistant in SiteGiant ONE:

1. Switch Scanning Mode
Able to choose scan by Shipping Label, Marketplace Order ID, or Order ID.

2. Visual Status Updates
(i) Scanned items will now be highlighted with a blue background.
(ii) Fully fulfilled items will display with a green background for clearer status visibility.

3. Manual Serial Number Entry
When the Insert Serial Number setting is enabled, users must manually press +Serial No. to add the serial number.

4. New iOS Compatibility Setting
A new setting “Remove leading zero from the scanned code” has been added to fix issues with extra leading zeros when scanning using an iOS camera.

5. Fulfillment Center
Packing Material and Add-on Services can now be deleted directly during the scanning process.

7. [WooCommerce] Easily Manage Product Description with “Use Custom Code in Description”

To prevent issues when syncing product descriptions with WooCommerce, we’ve added a new setting: Use Custom Code in Description. This gives you more control and ensures your product details appear exactly as expected.
How It Works:
  1. If your description doesn’t contain scripts or styles — everything works as usual.
  2. If it does contain scripts or styles — the new setting (Use Custom Code in Description) appears, and the description becomes non-editable.

Want to edit it anyway?
Simply disable the setting, update the description (scripts/styles will be removed).

*Note:
You can re-enable the setting later to restore the previous version with the custom code.

8. [Marketing Centre] Personalized Vouchers for Stronger Branding

Looking to make your vouchers stand out and strengthen your brand identity? You can now customize and preview voucher colors for both existing and new vouchers! Start enhancing your branding with a more personalized voucher under the Marketing Centre section!

9. [SiteGiant Wallet] Easily Purchase Additional Quota for Key Features

SiteGiant Wallet is a versatile virtual currency designed to enhance the merchant experience.
With the latest enhancement, you can now purchase additional quota for the following features under Setting > My Account (SiteGiant Wallet):

  • Sales Channels
  • Staff
  • Warehouse
  • Landing Page

10. [App] Drive Traffic to Specific Pages Using Popup Manager App

Have an important announcement to share? Want your visitors to notice the promotional campaign running in your store? The Popup Manager App is here to help. 1. [Inventory] Streamline Inventory Updates with Enhanced Stock Adjustment Export Report

Accurate stock management starts with having the right information at your fingertips. To support this, new details have been added to the Stock Adjustment Export Report, making it easier for you to review and adjust the required information with ease. This enhancement helps you save time and streamline your fulfillment workflow.

The report now includes the following fields:

  • Company
  • Unit CBM (cubic meter)
  • Total CBM Change

2. [App] Stock Value Report Upgrade: Track Unit & Total CBM

1. The SiteGiant x Lalamove First Time 10% Top-Up Bonus Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by LALAMOVE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (COMPANY NO. 1277201-W) (“Lalamove”) and SiteGiant Sdn Bhd (“SiteGiant”). By participating in the Promotion by registering via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration and/or receiving the Bonus (as defined below), this indicates you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

a. You have enrolled in the Promotion through the dedicated main landing page for the Promotion via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration (“the Form”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below);

b. You have become a registered corporate (prepaid settlement) account holder of Lalamove;

c. You have signed up as a new merchant of SiteGiant and you have been onboarded by SiteGiant following satisfaction of all requirements from SiteGiant during the Promotion Period;

d. You are a company incorporated in Malaysia with a valid business registration certificate; and

3. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to a one-time fixed credit bonus equal to 10% of the amount first topped up, to be credited to your Lalamove corporate e-wallet account (the “Bonus”) if you successfully topped up at least RM 100 during at least one single transaction to your Lalamove corporate account (the “Transaction”).

4. This Promotion commences on 15th July 2022 with the end date to be announced at a later date (the “Promotion Period”).

5. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 3 of these Terms, the Bonus will be credited within 30 days immediately following the registration of your Lalamove corporate account.

6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).

8. During the Promotion Period, in case of any fraud or abuse in respect to how the Bonus is awarded, Lalamove reserves the right to debit the Bonus from the Eligible Customer’s Lalamove corporate account without prior notice.

9. The Bonus cannot be earned in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched by Lalamove from time to time, unless specified by Lalamove. The Bonus cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products with respect to Lalamove.

10. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to amend, and/or vary any of these Terms and any arrangement of this Promotion, limit, suspend, cancel, and/or terminate the Promotion, without notice and without any liability.

11. In addition:
