What’s New in May?

1. Webstore

a. Webstore Wholesale Product 

*Note: Only available for OMO package.

You may now add wholesale products to the webstore!

b. Webstore Product Watermark App

*Note: Only available for ERP Value Plus and above.

You may now apply product watermarks for your webstore products.

 


2. Google Ecommerce Tracking App

*Note: Only available for ERP Value Plus and above / Webstore Pro and above.

Google Ecommerce Tracking (Google Analytics 4) app is now available. You may use the app to gather detailed information about your customers’ behaviour.

 


3. Poslaju Postpaid

A new courier service Poslaju Postpaid has been added for your webstore orders!

 


4. Birthday, Membership and Unique Voucher

*Note: Only available for OMO package.

New voucher types such as Birthday, Membership and Unique Voucher are available in Marketing Centre.

 


5. Revenue Monster Payment Method

New Payment Method – Revenue Monster is now available in SiteGiant!


Other Feature Enhancement

1. Orders

a. Order Processing

i. You can now process PGMall MY orders in SiteGiant!

*Note: Courier selection is only available for orders under the PGMallMY tab.

ii. Lazada courier tab has been updated to show the Dropoff / Pickup courier service for new orders if there are different couriers for Dropoff/Pickup and Delivery.

iii. Pickup orders will be having “Move to Pending Pickup” button for you to select.

b. Smart Fulfillment

*Note: Only available for SiteGiant WMS plan.

i. Pick List Sorting is now added in Smart Fulfillment Settings. With this, you are allowed to control the picklist displayed by the latest or oldest created date in the Smart Fulfillment app.

ii. An alert message will be shown if the pick list has been grabbed by others.

*Note: Kindly download the latest version of Smart Scan App (Version 2.1.28), to enjoy the 2 enhancements above.

c. Fulfillment Tracker

*Note: Only available for SiteGiant WMS plan.

You can now filter orders based on courier company in Fulfillment Tracker.

d. Carrier Manifest

i. Zalora MY & Zalora GLO are now supported in Carrier Manifest! You can now scan the tracking number for ZaloraMY & ZaloraGLO.

ii. You can set your Zalora order to “Packed” status when arranging shipment.

iii. In Carrier Manifest Settings, you may turn on Set “Ready to Ship” to Zalora Orders to auto update Zalora’s order from “Packed” to “Ready to Ship” status when scanning the tracking number.

 


2. Product Listing

a. Shopee Listing

Recommended Categories are now available for Shopee listing! This is to help prompt suitable categories based on your product naming.

b. Lazada Listing

In the Lazada listing, you may now run a long-term promotion for your Lazada products, without having to set a promotion date.

 


3. Customer Management

Importing customer details with reward points is now supported in SiteGiant.

*Note: For existing customers, import can only be done if they have 0 reward points recorded in the system.

 


4. Sales Channels

a. Zalora MY & Global API

For merchants who integrate with Zalora MY & Global, you may now set up authentication for Zalora API 2.0.

*Note: To integrate with Zalora API 2.0, please refer to the help page for guidance.

b. TikTok Promotion

You may set and sync promotions for TikTok from SiteGiant ERP now!

 


5. SiteGiant POS

a. You may now import/ export SiteGiant POS product listing.

b. You may now add your address for the new integration of POS sales channel, or update the address for existing POS channels.

*Note: The address will appear on your invoices for POS orders.

*Note: For existing SGPOS users, the Channel Address will auto-filled with the Store Address. Kindly double-check the Channel Address to make sure the address is filled in completely.

c. You also have an option to hide out-of-stock products being display in SiteGiant POS.

d. You may directly send an Email invoice via the SiteGiant POS app.

e. Products Type Dropdown can now be selected: “All Products” or “Collection” in SiteGiant POS App.

*Note: This is only available when using webstore listing.

You will be able to search for products based on the selected collection.

f. New voucher type has been added in SiteGiant POS App.

*Note: Only available for OMO package.

 


6. Webstore

a. ‘Buy Again’ button is now displayed for all unpaid and paid orders on the ‘My Order’ page to allow your customers to easily repurchase the products!

b. You may now enable automatic rounding off for your webstore’s total bill.

 


7. Apps

a. Marketplace Order Return Management

You may now export Customer Return and Refund & Failed Delivery and Return details in SiteGiant.

8. Shipping Method

You may now add New Shipping Profile in Shipping Method!

*Note: Only available for OMO package.

In the Shipping Method, you may set whether it is applied to all products or selected tags.

 


9. Shopping App

a. You may add Custom Payment in Shopping App.

b. Shopee Rating can now be displayed for your products in Shopping App.

Terms and Conditions

1. The SiteGiant x Lalamove First Time 10% Top-Up Bonus Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by LALAMOVE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (COMPANY NO. 1277201-W) (“Lalamove”) and SiteGiant Sdn Bhd (“SiteGiant”). By participating in the Promotion by registering via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration and/or receiving the Bonus (as defined below), this indicates you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

a. You have enrolled in the Promotion through the dedicated main landing page for the Promotion via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration (“the Form”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below);

b. You have become a registered corporate (prepaid settlement) account holder of Lalamove;

c. You have signed up as a new merchant of SiteGiant and you have been onboarded by SiteGiant following satisfaction of all requirements from SiteGiant during the Promotion Period;

d. You are a company incorporated in Malaysia with a valid business registration certificate; and

e. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to refuse any Eligible Customers their participation in the Promotion for any reason and without any prior notice.

3. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to a one-time fixed credit bonus equal to 10% of the amount first topped up, to be credited to your Lalamove corporate e-wallet account (the “Bonus”) if you successfully topped up at least RM 100 during at least one single transaction to your Lalamove corporate account (the “Transaction”).

4. This Promotion commences on 15th July 2022 with the end date to be announced at a later date (the “Promotion Period”).

5. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 3 of these Terms, the Bonus will be credited within 30 days immediately following the registration of your Lalamove corporate account.

6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).

8. During the Promotion Period, in case of any fraud or abuse in respect to how the Bonus is awarded, Lalamove reserves the right to debit the Bonus from the Eligible Customer’s Lalamove corporate account without prior notice.

9. The Bonus cannot be earned in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched by Lalamove from time to time, unless specified by Lalamove. The Bonus cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products with respect to Lalamove.

10. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to amend, and/or vary any of these Terms and any arrangement of this Promotion, limit, suspend, cancel, and/or terminate the Promotion, without notice and without any liability.

11. In addition:

a. General terms and conditions of Lalamove would all apply (https://www.lalamove.com/en-my/terms-and-conditions).

b. Lalamove will process the collected data and personal information in accordance with Lalamove’s privacy policy (https://www.lalamove.com/en-my/privacy-policy).

c. By participating in the Promotion, you expressly consent that any personal information that you provide, may be shared between SiteGiant and Lalamove for purposes of the Promotion and all related administrative actions in connection therewith.

12. These Terms are governed by the law of Malaysia. In case of any dispute, SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right of final decision.
