2. [Sales Channel] Unified Inventory & Order Management Across Multiple SiteGiant Webstores

As your business expands, managing inventory and orders across multiple stores can become complicated. To simplify this, we’re introducing the new SiteGiant ERP Store sales channel, which allows you to connect one ERP Store to another for centralized control of inventory and webstore orders across multiple SiteGiant webstores.

3. [Webstore] Enhance Webstore Order Return Efficiency

Handling returns and refunds is now easier with Webstore Order Return. Customers can submit return or refund requests directly from the Webstore Order Details page using the new “Return / Refund” button, available for orders marked as “Shipped” or “Ready to Pickup.” This simplifies post-purchase workflows and helps merchants manage return requests more efficiently.
From Customer Perspective
1. By clicking the “Return/Refund” button, customers can select the items and quantities they wish to return.
  1. Customers will be prompted to choose a return reason and provide supporting evidence, including descriptions and images.

4. [Marketing Centre] Turn New Visitors into Paying Customers

Turn new sign-ups into first-time buyers with the Welcome Voucher. With the Welcome Voucher, you can offer an exclusive discount voucher to every new customer who registers in your store or to existing customers who have registered previously but have not yet made a purchase. The voucher can be redeemed on their first purchase, providing the perfect incentive to turn new sign-ups into buyers.

November 2025

1. [Sales Channel] Unlock Faster Fulfillment with Lazada Multi-Warehouse

Inconsistent stock levels and manual fulfillment often lead to overselling, delays, and operational headaches. With Lazada Multi-Warehouse support, you can now connect your Lazada warehouses directly to your ERP and manage everything in one place. This creates more accurate stock synchronization, smoother order fulfillment, and better control across all Lazada regions.

2. [Order Fulfillment] Easily Combine Client Channel Orders for Fulfillment

Simplify your fulfillment workflow by combining multiple Client Channel orders into a single shipment. Processing multiple orders together under one fulfillment helps reduce handling time, minimize errors, and improve overall fulfillment efficiency.

3. [Inventory Forecasting] Smarter Restock Planning with More Accurate Recommendations

Inventory Forecasting has been enhanced with new filters and smarter calculations to help you plan restocks more accurately. These improvements reduce the risk of overstocking or stockouts by providing clearer, data-driven restock recommendations.

(i) You can now adjust how past sales are factored into calculations using the “Sales Factor” filter.

(ii) While the Recommended Qty column automatically suggests optimal restock quantities based on multiple calculation rules, the system will select the highest value as the final recommendation.

December 2025

1. [Order Processing] Experience Faster & Smoother Order Processing

In day-to-day operations, efficiency matters. Unnecessary steps and cluttered views can disrupt workflows and slow order processing.

(i) With the improved Order Date filter placement, it’s now easier to access and defaults to Last 5 Days. The selected order date range will be stored in your browser cookies, ensuring that the previous selection is retained upon each page load, except when a custom date range is selected.

(ii) A new “Show/Hide” count toggle has been added to the sidebar. By default, all counts will be displayed as usual. When the toggle is turned off, only the count for the currently selected tab will be shown. When turned on, counts for all tabs will be displayed again.

2. [Order] Easier & More Flexible Manual Order Creation

Manual order creation can be time-consuming when details are limited or require extra steps. To make the process faster and clearer, manual order creation has been enhanced with the following improvements.

(i) You can now choose a past date and time as the order date when creating an order manually. If you leave this field blank, the system will automatically set today as the order date.

(ii) Tax details will automatically appear for taxable products after you enter the customer’s billing and shipping addresses. The system will determine the tax based on the country selected in the addresses.

(iii) When selecting products, hovering over the product name will display the full product name or inventory item name — helping you quickly identify the correct item.

3. [Webstore] Build a Webstore That Strengthens Your Brand & Marketing

A strong visual experience helps capture attention and drive purchases. With these new Webstore enhancements, you can better control how your store looks and how deals stand out.
(i) A new “Full-Width Overlay” option is now available for your mobile menu, in addition to the existing dropdown style. Choose the style that best fits your webstore design.
(ii) Easily customize the colours of the Product Deal section on your Product Detail Page to make it stand out, attract more customers, and drive more orders.

(iii) New “Show Published Date on Blog” and “Show Social Media Share on Blog” settings are now available in Blog Post Settings, allowing you to choose whether to display or hide these elements based on your preference.

(iv) A new “Display Weight on Cart Page” setting has been added, allowing the total cart weight to be displayed on both the Cart Page and Landing Page. This provides customers with a clearer view of their cart’s weight.

4. [Fulfillment Center] More Flexible Item Type Group Picking Fee Calculation

Managing picking fees can be challenging when charges vary by quantity. To solve this, Item Type Group picking fee calculation has been enhanced to give you greater flexibility in charging. Three new columns—Initial Qty, Every Additional Qty, and Additional Fee have been added, allowing you to define picking fees more precisely based on quantity.

5. [Wave Shipment] Smarter Shipment Grouping by Warehouse

During fulfillment, managing shipments across multiple warehouses can slow down fulfillment operations. To make the process more efficient, a new Group by Warehouse option has been added to improve shipment grouping.

1. The SiteGiant x Lalamove First Time 10% Top-Up Bonus Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by LALAMOVE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (COMPANY NO. 1277201-W) (“Lalamove”) and SiteGiant Sdn Bhd (“SiteGiant”). 2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

a. You have enrolled in the Promotion through the dedicated main landing page for the Promotion via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration (“the Form”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below);

b. You have become a registered corporate (prepaid settlement) account holder of Lalamove;

c. You have signed up as a new merchant of SiteGiant and you have been onboarded by SiteGiant following satisfaction of all requirements from SiteGiant during the Promotion Period;

d. You are a company incorporated in Malaysia with a valid business registration certificate; and

e. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to refuse any Eligible Customers their participation in the Promotion for any reason and without any prior notice.

3. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to a one-time fixed credit bonus equal to 10% of the amount first topped up, to be credited to your Lalamove corporate e-wallet account (the “Bonus”) if you successfully topped up at least RM 100 during at least one single transaction to your Lalamove corporate account (the “Transaction”).

4. This Promotion commences on 15th July 2022 with the end date to be announced at a later date (the “Promotion Period”).

5. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 3 of these Terms, the Bonus will be credited within 30 days immediately following the registration of your Lalamove corporate account.

6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).

8. During the Promotion Period, in case of any fraud or abuse in respect to how the Bonus is awarded, Lalamove reserves the right to debit the Bonus from the Eligible Customer’s Lalamove corporate account without prior notice.

9. The Bonus cannot be earned in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched by Lalamove from time to time, unless specified by Lalamove. The Bonus cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products with respect to Lalamove.

10. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to amend, and/or vary any of these Terms and any arrangement of this Promotion, limit, suspend, cancel, and/or terminate the Promotion, without notice and without any liability.

11. In addition:
