What’s New in August & September?

 

1. Salesman App – Help customers to redeem and earn loyalty points

With the new enhancements to the Salesman App’s features, you can now assist customers in placing orders and help them redeem and earn loyalty points directly.

*Note: Only available for OMO Pro Plan and above 

 

2. SiteGiant POS – Supported wholesale & bundle deals products and improved print shift summary in receipt format

a. Wholesale Products

Do you sell products at wholesale prices in your retail store? SiteGiant POS now supports wholesale products, so you can view the wholesale prices and place orders at those rates through SiteGiant POS!

*Note: Only available for OMO Essential Plan and above

b. Bundle Deals Products

Are you looking for a way to boost your daily sales in your retail store? Bundle deal is now supported in SiteGiant POS. You may consider setting up a bundle deal to encourage more product purchases. 

*Note: Only available for OMO Pro Plan and above

c. Print Shift Summary in Receipt Format

Thermal receipt printing option is added in SiteGiant POS. You can now print shift summary after you close your shift. It supports 58mm, 80mm, and both in compatibility mode.

 d. Add search behaviour (Similar & Exact) for normal mode and scanning mode

You can now set search behaviour to similar or exact for normal mode and scanning mode.

 

3. Order Fulfillment Assistant – New invoice format setting & auto move to pending pickup tab setting

a. Invoice Format Setting

You may now select the Invoice Format (General Template/ Order Processing) for Order Fulfillment Assistant when printing the invoice.

b. Auto move to Pending Pickup tab setting

We’ve improved the order fulfillment assistance feature. You can now enabled “Auto move to Pending Pickup tab” setting. This means that all orders, including those from Marketplaces and Webstore & Others (except Lazada and Zalora) will auto-move to the “Pending Pickup tab” under “Order Processing” when you are scanning the orders in Oder Fulfillment Assistant. This improvement makes it easier for you to track your orders on order processing page.

*Note:

You may turn on set “Ready To Ship” to Lazada/Zalora order to have the same result.

 

4. Points & Membership – Auto-assign membership tier for customers

Great news! You may now auto assign a membership tier to new sign-up customers! Simply enable the setting to get it done automatically. 

*Note: Only available for OMO Pro package and above

 

5. MultiChat – Integrate with TikTok SG

Are you selling on TikTok Singapore? SiteGiant Multichat now supports TikTok Singapore, allowing you to manage real-time chats from various channels all through one platform.

Please note that the login to the TikTok Seller Center is required.

Other Feature Enhancement

 

1. Order Processing – New package based of order modules

a. Changed to package based so you are able to handle Split & Combined Orders under one roof with normal orders.

b. Added Package ID, Packing Note, Tracking No. and Courier Service to group each order for the package layer

c. You are now able to arrange shipment separately for the Split Order.

d. The Abnormal fulfillment tab is now available. This is to handle Lazada’s Partially Cancelled order & Repacked order.

e. A Serial No option in the Invoice Template for all Marketplaces and Webstore & Others has been added. 

f. You are now able to set Priority Delivery for the urgent order from all channels. 

It will show the “Priority” tag on the order. You may turn on the Priority Delivery filter to process these orders first.

If you have Lazada Priority Delivery orders, it is still working with this filter.

g. The tags for Split and Combined orders are newly added. 

h. The Package Type Filter (All/ Split/ Combined) has been added to filter Split / Combined order easily.

 

2. Order Processing – New Setting “Item Display” 

You can now choose whether to display either the ISKU image or the marketplace product image on the order processing page for easier order processing.

 

3. Wave Shipment – Easily generate wave shipment for combined & kit order 

*Note: Only available for SiteGiant WMS.

a. It is now available to generate waves for both Combined Order and Kit order.

b. If you are having Split Order, it is now able to assign to different wave. 

 

4. ScanNPrint – Supported combined order

You are now able to perform Combined Order through ScanNPrint. 

*Note: Only available for SiteGiant WMS.

 

5. Purchase Limit – Set maximum & minimum quantity

We’ve introduced a new feature that enables merchants to set purchase limits, including maximum and minimum purchase quantities for each product. This purchase limit setting empowers merchants to control inventory, reduce fraud, and boost profits.

The purchase limit will subsequently shown under Shopping App and SalesmanApp.

6. Marketplace Pricing Management – Easily add TikTok promotion products

You may now assign your existing Tik Tok product discount for your Tik Tok listing through Marketplace Pricing Management.  

*Note: This feature is only available in SiteGiant ERP Turbo Plan and above.

 

7. Marketplace Pricing Management – Added Channel Sorting for Marketplace Pricing Management

You may now set your preferred marketplace channel arrangement sequence in Marketplace Pricing Management app.

*Note: This feature is only available in SiteGiant ERP Turbo Plan and above.

8. Inventory – Unlink marketplace listings & show total sales

a. Unlink all marketplace relationship linking

You may now unlink marketplace listings without removing the inventory linking one by one on Bulk Inventory Linking page. 

*Note:

For webstore and SiteGiant POS listing, you are required to delete the product first in order to unlink. 

b. Show total sales for each marketplace item

The total sales for each marketplace item can be shown for the last 14 days. 

 

9. Inventory – “Min Pick Zone” added in Picking Zone Report

a. Added “Min Pick Zone”

You can refer to the “Min Pick Zone” report to ensure that there is a minimum stock in the Picking Zone which helps to smoothen your operations. The report will show a red alert if the current Picking Zone Stock is lower than the Min Pick Zone.

*Note:

You may key in your “Min Pick Zone Stock” in your inventory item page.

b. Added Filter select day which will show a warning when the estimated stock last (day) is lesser than the day selected in the filter. 

 

10. Webstore – Share TikTok channel through Webstore

You can now feature your TikTok channel on your webstore. This will draw in customers, encouraging them to follow your TikTok for stronger connections. 

 

11. Webstore – Publish webstore product Review

Now you can manually publish webstore product reviews, giving you the opportunity to highlight your products and boost customer confidence in making a purchase.

 

12. WhatsApp Chat – Message content has been added on Profile, Order and Product on the right side.

You may easily trace your customer profiles, customer order history and promote product by sending product links to potential customer.

14. Shopping App – Dropship Fulfillment

If you offer dropshipping, you may enabled ‘Dropship Fulfillment’ allows dropshippers to upload shipping labels on the shopping app. This not only streamlines the process but also reduces errors, saving time and ensuring a smoother order fulfillment experience.

15. Shopping App – Announcement Bar, Popup Manager, Push Notification, Wholesales product prices and link image block to system pages for Shopping App

Marketing tools in a shopping app are important. We’ve newly added an ‘announcement bar,’ ‘popup manager,’ and ‘push notifications’ to our shopping app. These features enable you to directly promote current deals and attract customers with zero-cost advertising, ultimately resulting in a boost in orders.

*Note: Only available for OMO Business and above 

a. Announcement Bar

Set an announcement bar for the Shopping App.

b. Popup Manager

Set a popup message for the Shopping App.  It is an effective marketing tool to grab visitors’ attention and create immediate contact with the customers.

c. Push Notification

Add a push notification and send it to your customers.

Our system will attempt to send a push notification every 10 minutes. If the push notification scheduled time is 10 minutes away from the job runtime, the push notification will be sent immediately.

*Note:

Customers will need to open the Shopping App at least once before they are able to receive any push notification.

d. Wholesale product prices can now be shown in Shopping App.

e. Link image block to pages for Shopping App

Would you prefer to redirect customers to another page content when they click on one of the blocks? Now, it’s easy to achieve with just a single click. 

 

16. Marketplaces – Set Pre-order Days to Ship (DTS) for Shopee product variations

SiteGiant’s Shopee Listing now supports setting Pre-order Days to Ship (DTS) for variations with just a few clicks. Do note that once a variation option is set as pre-order, your product will be set as pre-order. 

 

17. SiteGiant POS – Setting Log

You may now use Setting Log to refer the record of the changes made for SiteGiant POS Settings.

 

18. SiteGiant POS – Receipt Template 

You can now include additional store information and display it on your receipt! 

 

19. SiteGiant POS – Voucher cashback reward points

You can now set voucher-based cashback rewards points for your customers. This not only enhances customer engagement and satisfaction but also strengthens their loyalty to your business, making it a powerful tool for building lasting customer relationships.

Terms and Conditions

1. The SiteGiant x Lalamove First Time 10% Top-Up Bonus Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by LALAMOVE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (COMPANY NO. 1277201-W) (“Lalamove”) and SiteGiant Sdn Bhd (“SiteGiant”). 2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

3. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to a one-time fixed credit bonus equal to 10% of the amount first topped up, to be credited to your Lalamove corporate e-wallet account (the “Bonus”) if you successfully topped up at least RM 100 during at least one single transaction to your Lalamove corporate account (the “Transaction”).

4. This Promotion commences on 15th July 2022 with the end date to be announced at a later date (the “Promotion Period”).

5. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 3 of these Terms, the Bonus will be credited within 30 days immediately following the registration of your Lalamove corporate account.

6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).
